The Paladin (or Pally as some prefer to call them) is without doubt one of the most popular character classes in World of Warcraft. This is for many different reasons, but one of them is that being a Paladin lets you have the very best of all worlds. You've got spells/healing, physical power, nice solo and nice in a group. This class even has the additional benefit of being less complicated to solo when compared to a lot of other classes.
The Paladin is not really considered to be squishy (ie, simple to kill) like different magic users. This is because of their capability to put on leather-based body armor, their energy, and their ability to work with weapons just like the mace, that squishies normally can't use.
